Payment & Storage Policy

Full Payment for work performed is due on the date of completion.      

A one week grace period will be allowed to complete payment and pick up your vehicle. Unless other arrangements have been made and approved by HTP, any vehicle not picked up within 5 business days will incur a 2% fee and $25/day storage fee. No bike will be released until paid in full.

Prepayment may be required for Special Order items. If prepayment has not been made for an item or service, a one week grace period for payment will be allowed once the part has arrived or is complete. Any item not paid for within 5 business days will incur a monthly 10% late payment penalty.

Any item not claimed within 60 days is considered abandoned, and therefore the property of HTP Performance.

Some parts installed and labors performed are intended for Track or Off-road Use Only. HTP does not condone the use of these vehicles on public roads.  HTP Performance is not responsible for the void of any manufacturer’s warranties. No Warranties Expressed of Implied.
